  8. the best and only way to lose your belly and get abs is to eat the correct food and exorcise unfortunately there is no easy way to abs no matter what anyone tells you i know ive been working out for 7 years and i had to gain weight i was 9 stone im now 12 and that takes work and time and its the same for any loss or gain ive got nothing against these vids at all infarct I think there great for technique and new useful exorcises. muscle takes work!

  11. @notoriousSHOAIB786 cardio, healthy diet and at least 8 hours of sleep everyday…crunches and sit ups only makes your stomach hard and if youre up to the challenge interval training too

  18. @wippudaeu lol so true in every way, i would hate to go to the gym and just maintain, that makes it a chore, thats like me running a 6:00 minute mile in track and saying “thats fine, i just want to maintain my pr”

  21. @jainj2075 dude you cant just lose fat in one area of your body, so either it is loose skin from weight loss or you have to have a better diet to lose the fat… if it is lose skin working out your chest/ arms could help

  23. hey man… i am a 19 yrs old male… i started going to gym 1 month before.. i workout 6 days a week giving 1-2 day rest for workedout muscles.. i hav fat deposits around my abdomen and chest.. and i got little fat over my biceps.. pls tell me a proper plan or way to get a body like urs in 2 months.. coz my college starts on september…… plss help man

  25. @ozjaban , no you’re completely wrong what is wrong with you people. REST is essential for any muscle and ABS is the most important muscle to rest, go look it up instead of arguing and when you’re proven wrong then reply back saying ‘woops my bad’ ;)
