  9. @Musicgal451 Are you doing cardio as well? I haven’t tried this video yet, I just ran across your comment while I was waiting for the video to load up. If you do the target toning AND cardio, your body will start shedding the layer of fat over your muscles. It could take a while before it happens, it could be the first place it starts. Good luck on your journey!

  11. @zaharamusic when u do the workout, u sweat and get tired, thirsty too, so u might wanna have water next to you to keep u finish ur workout

  16. I toned my arms just by swimming a lot. It worked much better than using weights.
