  8. @yikaikai You can do it at what time you like it or feel like it its best to do it every day dont stop if you start after you eat wait 2 hours and then you can start again.

  10. what i gonna do first for that exercising like;don’t eat before you exercise, do some warm up to stretch your muscles just like that ^_^ but it is good to us
