SOOOOOO… Before trying this video make sure to: 1. Stretch 2. Have water handy 3. GO AT YOUR OWN PACE!! (The only reason I did it this fast was to fit in a full circuit workout as fast as possible). 4. Go through the motions first and make sure you are doing it right before you focus on x of reps or you may hurt yourself or rob yourself of a proper workout. 5. Have fun and be patient with yourself. Remember, you can do it, and I’m here for you! -Trainer David Circuit Breakdown ————————– Jump n Squats – 15 seconds Bird Dogs – 15 reps each side Wide Stance Plank w/ Arm Extention – 5 sec per arm x2 Jump n Squats – 15 seconds Side Plank w/ Knee Extention – 15 seconds Jump n Squats – 15 seconds 1:00 rest then Repeat Record Sets Completed BEAT IT NEXT TIME!!!!

  7. Hey there trainer Dave! I want to get better at doing pull ups, I barely can do one during my daily routine at the gym and I usually have to rely on an assist bar to do the amount of reps I want. Is there any exercise that can help me with pull ups?

  9. David, can you do a couple of sets for weight gain? Or maybe just a video talking about some methods to gain healthy weight! I think its important too

  15. @martha00m try fruit in the mornings..bananas r high in energy r wheaten bread..not 2 much tho maybe 2 slices so you dont get bloated..happy training

  16. Hey David, I enjoy your videos and incorporate a lot of it into my workouts. Typically I go for a long run then come home and do the rest however I currently have tendonitis in my foot and can’t put much weight on it or my big toe without pain. What would you recommend I do to keep up my cardio while I’m trying to recover from this?

  19. @blades1975 what you have to do is watch the videos twice or three times, no matter, and then do it yourself, remember stay strong, you have to have th strength to do it youself no where no matter when, davids videos are not gonna last forever. good luck

  20. What are we supposed to do with these circuits? Do we stick with the same one or do we switch between them? which ones should we do?

    I was wondering if u had any streaches or work outs to help with runner knee,or alternet extercises to do(with out the gym) because high impact work out s(running,jumping) take a tole on my knee(s).

  23. YOU should put an anotation near the end of the video that takes us back to the beggining of the video where the workout starts so the circuit goes by faster

  24. Help David! It’s near spring and I need that washboard for the beach here in Florida, video on diet and exercises for that wash board please!
