It may look simple but man compare to weights this is murder to the triseps!

Nice contest but the moves required are too advanced for me yet…however, my willpower will get me there someday and this contest will seems like nothing, I swear!

@hellbon1 This is not bodybuilding but old school calisthenics.
@iv4o95 None of these guys do steroids, they’ve just been doing it for a long time, at least 10-12 years. Have a plan, be consistent and eat right, anyone can get similar results.
I’m glad to see both these cats in the same video working together. In the past people have been doing the “A is better than B” comparisons as if all these guys are beefing with each other. Hopefully all that noise can cease now.

watching your guys videos have changed my life. i used to be a lazy person who would play videogames all day everyday and m weight got up to 240lbs. after watching your videos i knew that not having a gym membership wasnt an excuse i should be making. so i built a routine based around calisthetics that i have learned from your videos and now im waying 195lbs and have my life back and for that i want to say tthank you.
I have a lot of respect for you guys, and what you guys do, but your contest is for pro’s, don’t think a lot (if any) of your average viewers would be able to do what you just did.
