How long to would you say that would a person have to do yoga (either vinayasa, or ashtanga or any heavy, higher intensity/experinced) forms of yoga for to equal the amount of calories burned in 1 hour of other forms of excercise like weights, intervals, or cardio? I am wondering because I really love the way yoga makes me feel and I love doing it! But I am concerned with keeping my current body weight and physique.
Thanks for your help!
