How do i prevent severe cramps every time i excercise?

I get extreme pain under my ribs and near my hips but in front whenever i excercise, especially when i run. It’s not like i’m tired; i just get a lot of pain no matter what painkillers i take or what breathing techniques i use. what can i do to prevent cramps so that i can excercise more? Oh and no, these are not period cramps.




dont eat big meals before you workout… well wait at least 2 hours before working out
light food is okay… fruit 20 min before
You are supposed to stretch before doing any kind of exercises, that is the main way to avoid cramps.
Drink more water.
