??
Its okay I just don’t know how long you should
no need to!
One hour per day. A walk is fine. Try 3 table spoons of black strap mollasses each day, in order to build up your iron supply.
If you are worried about it speak with your doctor.
yes but u should consult ur doctor about which time u can do.
low impact will be fine
drink plenty of fluids
running and walking are fine
Of course it’s okay to exercise! Just make sure you’re eating right and talking any pills that your doctor prescribes.
ask your doctor
yes, you just have to make sure you have enough water and food before and after.
protein and iron, depending on what kind of anemia you have.
It is ok. But do a good diet too. Not too long, 60 minutes moderate excercise is enough for 3 – 5 times a week. Mild excercise, remember: less than 400 calories burnt in 60 – 75 minutes.
you might passout or somthing
You can exercise to a level that you feel comfortable with.
Everyone is different and the level of anemia is different in everyone. So someone giving you specific time limit is just not thinking properly.
Depending on what kind of anemia it is, taking iron supplements might help. (over the counter iron pills, pharmacist can help you in picking the one good for you)
anemia just means you are lacking some vitamins or minerals in your body and it has nothing at all to do with exercising, nor is it a disease nor is it anything debilitating. Sure you can exercise, exercise all you like.
What you need to combat anemia is some iron in your system. It’s wrong to take just iron pills because they have to be taken with other vitamins and minerals to work well….so doctors would suggest just that you take certain foods like green vegetables, spinach, liver, kidney and pinto beans, etc. check it out on the net. http://www.innvista.com/health/ailments/anemias/foodanem.htm
It should be okay, but it’d good to have a friend with you in case you start feeling faint. you should also get more iron in your diet if you start exercising your anemia’s because of a deficiency. You should probably ask a dr to make sure.
It depends on how severe anaemic you are. The main problem most of the people with anaemia(moderate to severe) find is fatigue and malaise during the exercise. If it is severe, you may find yourself having breathlessness soon you start the exercises.
A 20 minutes walking is OK per day and I do not suggest for a jog if, you are severely anaemic. You need to find the cause why you are anaemic and your doctor may prescribe some drugs and you need to stick to the appropriate food pattern.
Your personal trainer may advise you regarding which type of exercise should be using when you are anaemic. If, you have problems like breathlessness, fainting, and fatigue, I would suggest,a normal walking is more sufficient than anything else.
Hope, it helps
