  1. Dear Vivian, many thanks for this video, I will start straight away today. Do we do the three exercises everyday, 50 each? I have ordered your programme but I cannot wait to start right away because my doctor said my osteoporosis has deteriorated terribly because I have never taken any medicines. I have been found Vitamin D deficient (as low as 20) so now I have started taking 3000 iu a day and I will start your programme. I refuse to take the alendronic acid, it scares me!
