this is awsome. i indeed wrecked my right shoulder by doing negative inclined benchpresses…something happened and it felt like its popping out or something…ever since my right shoulder feels very uncomfortable and feels like popping out every second.
i have a sort of green band from my physio and doing this exercises in the gym as well. it actually helped me already. great.

@scooby1961 Hey Scooby, not to make a ritual of leaving comments for you, but I have a question about injuries. I recently injured my back and neck, rendering my arms and abs decommissioned. I would usually exercise about 90 minutes a day, but now that two main muscle groups are down, I am down to 60 or less. I do cardio and leg exercises mostly, along with stretches for recovery. Is there something else I should be doing or not doing?

your lats are extremely proportional can see you’ve worked on bent over barbell rows quite a lot it’s very impressive almost as impressive as your chest Ben fatto

hello scooby, first of all big fan of your video’s. (excuse me for my writing i speak dutch) I had a shoulderinjury to about 5 months ago, I didn’t have surgery and it’s a little better now, but my shoulder always kracks and it’s like I hear fluids moving around in it, my question was, did you feel the same thing and how are you feeling now? It kindy botters me because I can’t fully perform like I did before, thanks

You look like your shoulder on right left has lost alot of mass, or at one point was alot larger/bulkier before your surgery or injury. If thats the case, im sorry to hear, and my shoulders / back scapular issue has caused a complete halt to my gym workouts :S
