What are the benifits of all these dark chocolate,excercise,green tea, and fish oil?

Reason i ask i make sure i excercise and take fish oil everyday! I switched from soda to green tea! I also been eatin more dark chocolate! I suffer from depression im on no meds just a therpist! Let me tell you i feel great!

  2. All these things are very good, exercise helps a lot, too bad more people don’t do it. I also take Lexapro as it helps me a lot as well. I do 3 of your things just don’t get much green tea as I drink coffee instead.

  3. Wow…it is impressive that you switched from sodas to green tea! Great decision. Green tea has antioxidants as does dark chocolate (the less sugar the better.) Of course, moderation is key even with healthy foods like these. Fresh fruits and vegetables you probably can’t over eat but more concentrated foods like the tea and chocolate require some self restraint. Sodas have caffeine, corn syrup, sugar and other high glycemic preservatives that spike your blood sugar and rob your teeth and bones of calcium. That was a significant health shift you made. Good for you. You must have a good therapist too. A good food based vitamin and mineral complex is probably a good idea to make sure you are getting enough B vitamins. The B complex helps with your moods and nourishes your brain. Regular physical activity, every single day will really help with your depression too.

  4. Dark chocolate: in relation to milk chocolate; a lot less artificial ingredients.. Making it natural and generally a healthier option. Still, you should not eat too much of anything.
    Excercise: to name but few.. prevents diseases and general health conditions, controls weight, lifts emotion (could be a factor why you are feeling great.)
    Greent tea: again, a prevention of many diseases and health problems.. Can also raise your metabolism.
    Fish oil: is a good source of brain food, taking these in the morning will generally help with your brain capacity during your trials and tribulations of the day
