What is a good daily routine for health and excercise?

I excercise quite alot, but I eat a ton too so I dont really lose weight haha…..
So whats a diet or some guidlines I can actually stick to?

  1. eat when you are hungry
    eat 3 meals a day
    2 snacks
    remember your stomach is as big as your fist so dont make portions larger then 2 fists
    drink water all day
