  12. for the neck, just buy a neck strap how they have at the gym. I got one and it works. my neck doesn’t sag, but it’s good to start young to keep that sheet from sagging. you can find the neck straps online. body builders use them all the time.

    He invented the facial workout.

    And he’ll show you a much simpler exercise that is even more effective for your neck.

  22. @ :56 I have some exercises I recommend for your neck and inner throat area. Has to do with a lot of heavy lifting in an up and down motion as rapidly as possible. You can use your hand to assit you if you find it neccessary. The first few times your neck will probably get really sore and dented up, especially in the back and maybe even spranged neck syndrome. ask your mom she knows. After a few sessions your neck will be stretched out like a lizard in mating season. Glad I could help :)
