ps-b12 vitamins are good or you! but they can cause acne if you take too much a day’ of b12!!
i take about 36 vitamins a day (34 technically, 2 are prescription ADD pill and antiperiod pill haha) and i take them in the morning and night because it’s hella bad to take 36 vitamins at once! yay vitamins
i take Omega 3 because it helps with eyes. I have scaring in my eyes and my left eye is weak. I have had to wear glasses sence i was like 2 or 3.
This video is kinda old but I would love to talk to you about what my dad does. He is a doctor however he does not practice normal medicine. He has had many death threats because he is putting medicine companies out of business. Please message me.

I just wanted you to know that I’ve gone through something similar, but it was in my knees. I would get joint pains and eventually it got so bad that I couldn’t even walk. Then, my knees got weak and I couldn’t even get out of bed. Your chest pains must have been horrible, cuz I had to stay home from school and I know how you must have felt. I did physical therapy and took vitamins and isotonx and stuff. I’m better now, but I still have knee pains and or weakness sometimes.

oh, and Primrose and Magnesium (glycinate form is best) along with B complex is a good combo per my reading for PMS. xo
Evening primrose has definitely helped this month with PMS. i didnt have stomach cramps! had some soreness elsewhere but was able to function! can i get a whoot whoot??!! Have you read Natural Cures by Jonny Bowden? lots of great info in there. As although there is RDA, it’s not enough to combat specific ailments. So ive increased where i felt was most important for my mood and supplements have helped me get out of a slump and increase energy! love vitamin videos! (Make up too) xo
Have you heard of spirulina? It’s like a seaweed powder that is a vegetarian source of omega-3 (it’s what the fish eat that gives them omega-3). I’ve been meaning to try it since I’m vegetarian and therefore don’t want to take fish oil pills. I started taking an herbal supplement called Vitex (aka chaste tree berry) that’s supposed to be good for acne. Found that and lots of obscure vitamins at Whole Foods. Thanks for sharing your story!
