… Wellness is automatic in PRIVATE CITIES that are owned and directed by its resident citizens that grow and process their own fresh food locally.
… Sickness is automatic in slumlord urban slave-labor camps, whose mixed inmates are fed unnatural, highly processed, insecticide-sprayed, and Genetically Modified corporate farm products by corporate food merchants.

Hi, good points – have you written your book yet? Holistic Nutritionists are required world wide, keep sending out the message. HR
“For decades, millions of people have been taking 100-120 mg of vitamin C per day in the belief that it is giving them some sort of health benefit. It isn’t. Millions have been taking 200 IU per day of vitamin D3 in the belief that it is boosting their immune system. It isn’t. Are vitamins C and D good for anything? Absolutely, when taken in their therapeutic ranges, they just didn’t take enough of it to make a difference, probably because they are frightened of ‘overdosing’” – Phillip Day

I’m 11,and i’m lazy to live,is it normal?I’m bored, and lazy,i’m sitting sometimes in my room, and crying for no reason everyday,i’m tired of living,lazy,tired,bored..but i’m not one of the kids who are:Goth, emo,or getting beating by other(at schoold or else),my parents are nice to me,becouse i’m nice. But i’m just tired of this, how they say life get’s boring by a minute.
Perfect title! I also like “Too Busy To Live”
As far as supplementing goes…most not all but most supplement products are really trash..even these so called whole food supplements, they’re just made out of rice bran and stuff you could just eat in your regular diet. My favorite thing these days is quinoa…it is a complete protein, has all amino acids in it and then some. There are many ways to cook it, just Google it. Also i found herbs to be an excellent source of nutrition..i use rose mountain herbs…but if possible fresh is best! ;o)
i think its best to eat as much as you can from organic produce, grain, seeds, etc..and stuff that you make from scratch. Its the only way you can make sure there isn’t any extra additives. Only problem with that is it’s extremely time consuming for the average person that works 40hrs plus a week and raises children. That’s the thing im still struggling with. Its one thing to have knowledge but another thing trying to incorporate it in everyday life… Planning ahead is the key.
Hemp seed foods are super healthy
I like her. She seems sincere. Google “Food Freedom Betrayal!” from the Farm Wars website. The Codex Alimentarius depopulation plan is real, and they are now coopting organizations like the “Organic Consumers Association”. They are tightening the noose on those trying to escape malnutrition and mass poisoning. I’ve been in several health/whole food stores filled with products containing excitotoxins etc. Strict state legislation and private testing of foods may be our only salvation.
I have been too lazy to live
I often eat skip breakfast and eat out. But, these days ive been trying to eat well, slow progress, but getting better. I indeed know how to eat, it is laziness and bad habits that have stopped me from eating well.
Nordic naturals 1000mg capsules 1-2 a day
low-to moderate exercise, mostly cycling (but usually intensive 30-60min), seldomly running
oatmeal with (crushed)almonds/raisins/organic blueberries/raspberries/strawberries/walnuts, organic milk (everything I buy here is organic, I don’t want the pesticides even though I live in EU where they are low usually)
green beans
various kinds of fish once a week or so
use extra virgin olive as much as I can.
sometimes I make a banana sandwich for a snack
I am too lazy to live.
I am not under any stress. Why? Because i know that the end result is the same in this life whatever i do. Am i negative or pessimistic? No , far away from it. I am very intrigued about life and yeah i haven’t a lot of money as a reason for my no stress life. I just woke up. Difficult to explain here why i feel like i feel about stress.

fruits as known contain lots of sugar which is the most fattening thing in the world
(more than carbohydrates, fats and proteins even when they are the same calorie amount as sugar, because of differene calorie loss in the dygestive process). so i recommend you to replace fruits with veggies as they have the same vitamins and stuff but without all that sugar.
also try eating only when you really hungry and not because smthing tastes good…
hope i could help(:

I need solution. I eat only 2 bagel and fruits much every day. Still I get big american fat ass? Is it grapes I love grapes?
I try to eat a lot of oats mostly cereal with “organic” soy milk and granola bars . I use the hannaford granola fruit and nut cereal. maybe I’ll eat some apple sauce or some eggs with feta cheese. I work out often now and am starting to shape up and loose my stomach to my abs. I try my best to think smart, stay fresh and stay awake. The only problem is I’m addicted to a chemical that I smoke frequently day and night + cigarettes. I’m currently taking a load of vitamins with my small diet.
And I love comparing my things with the things other people are buying while standing at the cash point. I consider it as a must to have the best and healthiest products of all the people at the cash point.
I never take any supplements or things like that and guess what: Although I eat chocolate and stuff sometimes, don’t do to much sports and don’t work physically, my BMI is 21 without any diet, I feel healthy and have a lot of energy.
The peanut butter I use contains only what it should contain: Peanuts and Salt. I trained myself to build up an averseness to every E in food and I always (!) check the ingredients before buying something. Of course I eat burger and chocolate sometimes, but: I don’t consider it food, then. Its more like luxury food (like tobaco or something…).
