Generally, I started taking vitamins and nootropics because I wanted a healthier mind and a healthier body, but now I’m wondering if I’m going overboard. Am I taking too much?

10mg Vinpocetine
800mg choline bitartrate
200mg ALCAR

Taken with lunch:
1x B complex
1600mg piracetam
800mg aniracetam
120mg ginkgo biloba
200mg ALCAR

800mg choline bitartrate

Taken with dinner:
2400mg fish oil
1600mg piracetam
800mg oxiracetam
200mg ALCAR
800mg choline bitartrate
120mg ginko biloba
5g creatine

before bed:
1000mg valerian root

  1. I don’t know what half that stuff is or what it does, but as i understand it, if you have a decent balanced diet you don’t really need any supplements unless you have a specific medical condition or are pregnant.
