Is piracetam safe to take as natural supplements and vitamins?

i know about nootropics-smart drugs, since i’ve read about them.
i heard piracetam is safe and realized they sell it on amazon as supplements,
would it be safe for me to buy one of those from amazon?
And also what does piracetam do? Does it effect memory? Can it boost your social skills?

Piracetam is used to treat muscle spasm and or memory disorder, their clinical test was not based on healthy people. I would advise not to take unless with doctor’s recommendation.
