what do you think of this nootropics stack?

vitamin c (help with day long energy)
magnesium – calcium (to keep tolerance of a frowned upon pleasure of mine down, and health too)
aniracetam (cognitive skills, thinking clarity)
oxiracetam (memory)
dmae (alertness, mood, concentration)
alpha gdc (to get the most out of the racetams)
l-tyrosine (mood and motivation)

ginko biloba (increased blood flow to brain)

and melatonin, 5-htp, kava, and valerian root for a good nights sleep

i know i’m proabably missing out loads of things, i mean i want this to be a really complete stack, but i also want to be able to use this everyday except for weekends and holidays

also, i dont want any long term effects resulting from this, i know that this stack is safe, so please look up any side effects of anything you want to add to this before you do.

  1. Those are all reasonable supplements to include in a nootropic stack. However, it seems costly and ineffective to take all of these constituents individually. There are a few smart drugs on the market now that utilize nootropic formulas.

    The best, or at least most popular, is PROFIDERALL uses a formula it calls a Cognitive Energy Complex and includes:
    Pircaetam
    Caffeine Anhydrous
    Choline Bitartrate
    L-Tyrosine
    L-Taurine
    DMAE
    Alpha Lipoic Acid
    Vinopectine
    Huperzine A

    plus Vitamin B6, B12, and B5 to give you a boost every time you take it.

  2. Have you experimented with any of these supplements yet? If not I would recommend cycling them one at a time to understand the effects and you actually benefit from, then you can work into combinations.

    The quality of the benefits received from supplements depends on various factors like age, weight, diet and health. For example, a traditional Japanese diet is high in Omega-3′s but also seaweed’s and roots. It wouldn’t be necessary, and maybe negative to supplement with additional vitamins.

    Overall, I think the stack is good. I would probably not include the vitamins and try to source that directly from produce. Additionally, I would avoid the sleeping cocktail at first and if you you do decide it’s necessary, only do one. A combination might be overkill.
