Thanks for posting such a nice workout! I especially enjoyed the side stretches. You make the Full Wheel pose look so easy! This is the first time I’ve heard it called Full Bridge, but your term makes more sense, really. I’m almost ready to try it because the simple bridge pose is getting too easy for me and I’m looking to go to the next stage. It’s really a matter of gathering up my courage because it does look difficult and I’m a little afraid I’ll hurt my neck, but it will probably be ok
